Long before Terra & Tenet existed, its founders arrived at the same question through distinct journeys.
The answer lay in uncompromising integrity, independent judgement, and meticulous assessment. These convictions brought Jaison Mathew P. and Borjiya Joseph together to co-found Terra & Tenet Partners Private Limited.
Their combined experience spans more than two decades across diverse industries. Jaison’s career covers Bengaluru, Kerala, and the GCC, including maritime exposure and revenue leadership roles in media, where he worked closely with real estate alongside other business verticals from early on. Borjiya’s background encompasses broadcasting and building automation, with extensive technical leadership in the Middle East.
Across these varied experiences and cross-cultural exposure, they developed a lasting belief that trust, relationships, and human insight matter as much as markets. Both arrived at the same conclusion: meaningful real estate decisions deserve clarity, candour, and patience, never pressure.
From these foundations rose Terra & Tenet, an advisory built quietly on independent thinking and considered research.
